I agree that Billy and Shazam seemed like different guys. I think it has more to do with the script than the actors. Billy was only given dramatic scenes and Shazam only had fun scenes. If they had Billy joking around a but more and gave Shazam’s scenes a but more gravitas here or there, it’d probably balance out.
