  1. I liked what the New Mutants tried to do but I think they should have leaned into the horror elements more by adding a couple of characters:

    1. An evil guard/orderly character should have been there to get killed off to raise the stakes and get some action in there. I’ve heard they wanted to have Storm as a guard which is a bad idea but I would’ve added one of Sinister’s Marauders from the comics to kill off.
    2. The next person to die should have been one of the students to once again raise the stakes. Doug Ramsey would’ve been perfect as everyone expects Doug to die anyway.
