The Last Meowth: Conclusion

The white place where Pewter had taken the kitten got dark sometimes, too. Pewter said that was night time, just like Mama had said. When the white place went dark, Pewter would tell him to get some rest and put the kitten in the red and white circle. The kitten didn’t mind because before he knew it, he’d be back out of the circle. And … Continue reading The Last Meowth: Conclusion

Stew’s Reviews: Morbius

I loved the 90’s for comic books. EVERY character had a book. It was amazing. And by god, when it came to Marvel, I bought almost all of them. Darkhawk. Sleepwalker. Speedball. Nightwatch. Thunderstrike. Wasn’t there… didn’t FOOLKILLER have his own book for a sneeze? And Deathlok? I don’t care what anyone says, Darkhawk and Thunderstrike were both pretty awesome.  Then there was the Midnight … Continue reading Stew’s Reviews: Morbius

AP Productions: The Resurgence #3 – Part 8/20

The U’ntari Commander Ship hovering above Paris received a message; a hologram of Shujai appeared on the bridge, addressing its commander, “This is Grand Captain Shujai requesting support. Come to Lyon immediately.” The commander gave a salute and answered, “On our way, Grand Captain,” and soon, the ship darted away from the area. Shujai was surprised by the tenacity of the humans. While he expected … Continue reading AP Productions: The Resurgence #3 – Part 8/20

The Iron Claw review

It’s always intriguing when Hollywood gets the occasional bug up their butt to make a movie based on something I’ve long been passionate about. I mean, comic books are one thing, and cinema based on graphic novels have dominated for years now. So there’s nothing new there, but I still remember when those outing were more rare and valuable by me. The thrill of seeing … Continue reading The Iron Claw review

AP Productions: Badges #12 – Part 7/20

A Resurgence tie-in Kim Soyeon stooped over a coffee cup that rested on a metal disc in her lab. She lightly repositioned it, then pressed a button on the side of the disc; in an instant, the cup disappeared in a blink of space, similar to Agent Jones’ teleportation powers. Soyeon’s smile was hopeful as she pressed the button a second time; the cup returned … Continue reading AP Productions: Badges #12 – Part 7/20

The Boy And The Heron Review

Someday, I hope to meet a very specific 4% of professional movie critics. You see, Hayao Miyazaki’s Spirited Away is my go-to movie for why Rotten Tomatoes sometimes baffles my mind. It stands, as of this writing, at a 96% on the critical aggregate website. And I swear that is down from a 97% the last time I looked it up! Anyway, if you understand … Continue reading The Boy And The Heron Review
